Fiber High Speed Internet - We have signed a Pal agreement (in June 2023) with Frontier to provide fiber optic internet to the Mobile Home Park. We are not sure when this will be happening and available... We were told once this is completed all tenants will have the option to signup with Frontier for packages that are as low as $50 per month for 500 MBPS speeds. There are also low income subsidies available to help pay for a portion of this monthly cost for those that qualify.
Noise at the Park - Please keep the noise level very low between the hours of 10pm - 7am This includes Dogs barking, Music, TV's, vehicles reving, etc. Please be considerate of your neighbors as everyone lives in close proximaty to each other. Thanks!
New Trash Carrier - We thought we had found another option for a Trash Hauler but they do not want to provide individual pickup service to the park at this time so the only option is still Union Disposal Service.
Reminders:
Rent - if your rent is not paid by the 10th this month, there is a $5 per day late fee. You have 3 ways to pay:
1. Mail it to:
Misty Mountains LLC PO Box 119 Asbury, WV 24916. The postmark date will be used to determine if it is late.
2. Give it to Shawnee Fury (lot 11) on or before the 10th.
3. Pay online with Tenant Cloud on or before the 10th. This only costs $1.50 per month when you use your bank account (3.5% with credit or debit card). If you want to pay online, just text us with your email address, and we can send you the email to get setup.
Dogs - Everyone seems to be doing better with keeping your dogs from running loose. But please remember that you must clean up after your dog if you are walking them and they poop anywhere other than your lot. Also we cannot have dogs barking constantly (especially at night). Bark collars are an inexpensive and effective way to limit the barking.
Trash - You cannot allow your trash to build up. It draws rodents and pests and causes the park to look like a mess and is a Health issue. If you do not have either weekly pickup or a way to get rid of all your trash on a weekly basis you MUST start weekly service with a trash carrier and use it. If you continue to allow your trash to build up we will be forced to take steps to begin the eviction process.
